1. Cancelling an Appointment

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. If you wish to cancel or reschedule an

appointment for bioresonance, cupping, or dry needling, please notify us at least 24 hours in

advance. Cancellations can only be made via WhatsApp by sending a message to +31 6 19 95 69 11.

Please note: cancellations via other communication channels (such as email, SMS, or phone

calls) will not be accepted. Only cancellations made via WhatsApp will be considered valid.

2. Fees for Late Cancellations

If you fail to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, we are obliged to charge

100% of the cost of the scheduled treatment. This is necessary because the reserved time

cannot be allocated to another client.

3. No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your appointment without prior cancellation, the full cost of the

treatment will also be charged. This will be regarded as a no-show.

4. Timely Arrival

We kindly ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late,

this may result in a shorter treatment session or, in some cases, full cancellation of the

appointment, with the full cost still being charged.

5. Changes or Cancellations by the Practice

In exceptional circumstances, we may need to change or cancel an appointment. We will make

every effort to inform you promptly and arrange a new appointment. Naturally, no charges will

be applied in such cases.

6. Payment

Payment is required immediately after the treatment unless otherwise agreed. In the event of a

late cancellation or no-show, you will receive an invoice that must be paid within 7 days.

7. Health Declaration

To ensure safe and effective treatments, we kindly request that you inform us of any health

complaints, medication use, or other relevant medical information prior to the appointment.

8. Responsibility

The practice is not liable for any health reactions that may occur after the treatment unless they

are the result of demonstrable negligence.
